Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All products sold at https://davinciresolvetitles.com/ are digital downloads. Once purchased, these products are delivered instantly via digital download. Because digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, all sales are final.

This means that:

  • Once your purchase is completed and the product is delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

  • We do not offer cancellations once the purchase process is completed.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, once files are downloaded there is no way for us to verify whether the product has been accessed, copied, or used. To protect our business and our intellectual property, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.
